William Galkin has dedicated his legal practice to representing Internet, e-commerce, computer technology and new media businesses. He serves as a trusted advisor to both startup and multinational corporations on their core commercial transactions including website terms of use, website privacy policies, website development agreements, advertising agreements, website hosting agreements, content licenses, distribution agreements, alliance/partner agreements and end user licenses. His broad experience gained during more than 20 years in practice allows him to provide cutting-edge, creative and efficient solutions to complex problems.
Mr. Galkin is also Of Counsel to
the Information Technology Group of a leading Israeli law firm, managing many North American transactions for the firm's clients
and is a member of Outside Counsel Solutions, allowing Mr. Galkin to provide a broad array of legal services to his clients. He is
a graduate of New York University School of Law, author of Maryland Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Forms and Practice
